Spotlight Client!

ROCKSTAR CLIENT SPOTLIGHT!!

A new feature I am hoping to include every once in a while is to spotlight one of my beautiful hard-working clients, to shine some light on their efforts, and let you know that you can do this too! I started working with Wendy in England via phone and email consultations six months ago ~ she no longer has migraines, has dropped three dress sizes and can enjoy her Zumba classes with a big smile instead of a pounding head! Really proud of you Wendy ~ Congratulations! 
Here is her story:

"2011 was a year of two halves for me. The first half of the year was pretty much the same that the last 10 had been - blighted by IBS, headaches, hormones, and I had recently developed Chronic Daily Migraines. The neurologist wouldn't see me and just told the GP (MD) to double my medication. To top it off, a friend of my husband thought I was 10 years older than her when actually I'm 8 years younger! I looked and felt awful. I know this sounds dramatic but looking back now, I can see I was on the edge of some kind of breakdown.   

My sister told me of a friend who works as a Wellness Counsellor and gave me Sacha's details. And the second half of 2011 started.  I can only describe working with Sacha as suddenly being able to see a light at the end of my metaphorically dark tunnel and it being very much Sacha-shaped! Sacha has changed my life in so many ways - she has guided and supported me on my journey every single step of the way and shared my happiness in every one of my successes.  

As 2012 starts I am the healthiest and happiest I have been and I know this year will be full of great things. I have a confidence I didn't know existed and a will power that totally took me by surprise! I have made changes that will last a lifetime, and I know my thanks for Sacha will last just as long. To me, Sacha is so much more than a wellness counsellor - she is my guiding light and is the voice I hear in my head spurring me on telling me anything is possible." Wendy Austin, UK
